Spencer's Inc. Development Planning

Spencer's Inc. is a historical textile mill located in Mount Airy, NC, currently owned by the City of Mount Airy.

Below are my plans and concept drawings requested by a client, required for approval purposes by the commissioners of the City of Mount Airy. Site includes commercial developments such as an event space, a hotel, culinary school complete with herb and vegetable garden and city parking.
